Bentonville Half Marathon Training Program

Athletes will get a 12 week training program to follow.
Training program includes
1 group training session each week.

Ozark Valley Triathlon Training Program

Athletes will get a 8 week Training program to help them
prepare specifically for Ozark Valley Tri.
Weekly group training sessions
including Open Water specific sessions, bike, and run.

Trifest Training Program
Sprint and Olympic

Athletes will get a 8 week Training program to help them prepare for the Trifest Sprint and Olympic distance Triathlon. Weekly group training sessions including Swim Speed Training, Transitions, Bike and Run.
