About Erin Edminister
Erin studied leadership and entrepreneurship at Drury University, where she graduated with a Masters in Leadership and change while being an All American swimmer and runner for the university. Erin is a 16 NCAA Swimming All American, a 3x individual National Champion in the distance freestyle events, and a NCAA National qualifier in XC, Indoor and Outdoor Track. 2013 GLVC Runner of the Year. She was inducted into the Drury University Athletic Hall of Fame in 2017 and then inducted into the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame in 2023.
Immediately after graduation she earned her elite license "Pro Card" in triathlon. She raced as a professional triathlete on the US National Team for 6 consecutive years 2013-2018 and was ranked as high as 34th in the world on the international circuit. She continues to race as a professional triathlete at races throughout the US.
She currently lives in Bentonville with her husband Steve, children Kate, Lacey, Otis and Troy. She runs the Bentonville local masters swimming program, is head coach of the largest youth tri program in the state, "TeamE Youth Multi Sport" and coaches athletes of all ability levels throughout the US. In 2024 Edminister was named as the "Development Coach of the Year" by USA Triathlon.
